This week on Hawaiian Grown TV, Executive Chef Grant Kawasaki plays “Hercules Salmonella” (aka “Da Food Cop”) to do a surprise inspection at Kukaiau Ranch on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Next Hercules heads down to the Hawaii Big Island Beef processing facility to make sure the beef is at the highest quality before hitting the retail locations.
