Is it possible to sue a meat producer or fast food restaurant?

If you get sick eating tainted beef or chicken?

If the meat was actually tainted, the issue would be with the producer. If it was simply undercooked, then the problem was at the restaurant.

Yes, but don’t expect much unless you were very very sick. After all, they cow or chicken didn’t have any say in the matter. I think it’s the ultimate revenge : )

you can but it’s expensive. You’ll have to find out how it occured- if it’s from the companies handling process etc.

Its probably not tainted beef or chicken.
In fast food restaurants, people will touch the frozen, raw burgers before they deep fry them, don’t wash their hands, then make a sandwich.
Some people think its okay to handle cuz its frozen, but if that was true, we wouldn’t have to cook food because freezing would kill all the harmful bacteria.
Plus the mayo will stay out for hours, or they will use the same flipper for the raw and cooked food.
Plus all the grease will make you sick.
While you technically could sue whoever you wanted for whatever reason you wanted. You aren’t going to win up against a multi-million dollar corporation, unless you have valid proof.

if the meat was tainted u wouldn’t be the only one to get sick. so if there were several of u it would be easy to proof u got sick because of that particular meat and yes, u can sue a fast restaurant food. but if u were the only one – not a chance. u won’t be able to proof u ate tainted meat at their place
