The Grassfed Exchange has announced its second conference to be held in Norfolk, NE at the Northeast Community College Ag Complex. Here we give you a quick tour of the facility to help you see where the event will be held. The purpose of this event is to help producers grow in knowledge of the grassfed industry and at this event, in finishing cattle specifically. Our desire is to help producers understand the possibilities for finishing cattle correctly on grass to produce the best quality grass fed beef possible. We also desire to create a consistency of beef quality within the industry. Our primary speaker will be Dr. Anibal Pordomingo of Argentina. We will have topics discussed on genetics, forages, production practices and processing of your animal.
