Painkillers and Headaches

Headache Remedies – I have found many good cures for headaches and migraines, but it is necessary to match the cure to the type. You are not going to (always) treat a tension headache the way you might treat a migraine. Some of the cures that work really well on one will not do much for the other. Of course there are cures that will work on both, so if all else fails do not be afraid to try different things out. Basically though, it is a good idea to focus on cures that were originally intended for a given headache type. Now I rarely recommend using painkillers as a cure because it is not a cure at all. If there is an underlying condition causing the headaches you want to be treating that condition, not just masking its symptoms (like the headache) with drugs.
