Streamlining, …
Streamlining, simplifying, making intuitive and “transparent” the government-individual interface is an ongoing (never-ending) process. However, just to make government online systems fully integrated and coordinated with one another AND streamlined, etc., in JUST ONE AREA*, is unthinkably complex… so it’s something that has to be “on the front burner” all the time for everyone.
* eg: taxes, treasury, bonds – Federal, state & local. An enormous problem, but it has unlimited potential.
